Returns

At Glow in Grace, we take great care in creating and packaging our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return: • The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised or custom-made products

• Gift sets that have been opened or used

Because many of our products are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on personalised items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• A photo of the item

We will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
