One Year of Grace: The Story Behind Glow in Grace

I don't know about you, but there are moments in life where God places something so deeply in your heart that you just cannot ignore it. No matter how hard you try.  

For me, Glow in Grace was born from that place.

NOT from a desire to start a business. No, not at all! But from a deeper desire to simply encourage women, speak life into others and to create something that reflects the grace and goodness of God.

Somewhere along my own journey, I began to realise that God often uses seasons of redirection to reveal purpose.

What once felt like disappointment, uncertainty and even rejection to me, God used to draw me closer to Him and deepen my heart for encouragement, purpose and serving others more intentionally.

Many times, we allow others to define us by placing us into boxes of who they think we are and where they think we fit or not. And more often than not, we accept these boxes and learn to live in them. 

But what we do not realise is that, in doing so, we slowly begin to lose sight of who Christ called us to be.  

Purpose becomes buried. Calling goes untouched. And gifts sadly remain hidden beneath fear, limitation and the expectations of others.

But here's the truth! God never called us to live confined by people’s opinions of us. 

Sometimes, the very seasons that felt like rejection were actually God’s redirection, gently leading us toward the places where our purpose could truly grow and flourish.

And for me, Glow in Grace became part of that journey.

A year ago, she was simply an idea placed on my heart. I did not have everything figured out. All I knew was that I wanted to create something meaningful, something that would encourage women in particular and remind people of God’s love and grace in everyday life.

So I started.

And through every late night, every lesson, every challenge, every small win and every order placed, I can say this boldly - God has remained faithful.

Glow in Grace became what I had envisioned, more than personalised gifts and products.

It became an extension of my heart.

A heart with one desire: for women, and surprisingly men too, to feel encouraged no matter where they find themselves. A heart that desires for people to know they are loved and cared for by God. A heart that hopes every package, every message and every product will “speak Jesus" to them.

Every order, every share, every message and every word of support over this past year has meant more to me than words can express.

Thank you for supporting this dream. Thank you for growing with Glow in Grace. And thank you for allowing this brand to be part of your special moments.

This journey has taught me that small beginnings do matter, obedience matters and that God truly blesses what is surrendered to Him.

There were moments where I questioned myself, but through it all, God continuously reminded me: “Just keep going.”

And so we continue.

As Glow in Grace turns ONE, my prayer remains the same as it was from the very beginning:

That every person who encounters this brand would feel encouraged, inspired and reminded of God’s goodness and grace.

This is only the beginning.
